Exception for Damaged Products:
- The only exception to our no refund or exchange policy is if your order arrives with a damaged item due to delivery mishaps.
- In case you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- To request a refund or exchange for a damaged item, please send pictures of the damaged product to email@example.com.
Return Process for Damaged Items:
1. Take clear photographs of the damaged item, clearly showing the issue.

Resolution for Damaged Items:
- Upon receiving the pictures and verifying the damage, we will review your request and contact you to provide a suitable resolution.
- The resolution may include a refund, store credit, or an exchange for the damaged item, depending on stock availability.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues that occur after the 7-day window from the delivery date.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for any potential refund or exchange.
