1. Shipping Timeframe: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your handcrafted items to arrive. We put a lot of care into crafting each product, and we want to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.
   
    

2. Shipping Cost: We offer a flat rate of $7.00 for shipping, which will be applied during the checkout process. However, if your order total is $100 or more, you qualify for Free Shipping!
   
    

3. Free In-Store Pick Up: We also provide the option for free in-store pick up if you prefer to collect your items in person. Please choose this option during checkout if you wish to pick up your order at our physical location.
   
    

4. Package Tracking: We provide tracking information for all shipments. Once your package has been marked as delivered, please check its status. If you have not received your package or if it has been more than 7 business days since it was marked as delivered, please reach out to us at info@entitycandles.com for immediate assistance in retrieving your package.
