The Fremont Sunday Market is one of Seattle's longest running, year round Street Market for thirty-two years in Seattle. It features over 125 vendors rain or shine in the Center of the Universe, Fremont neighborhood. Brunch, browse and shop an amazing selection of food trucks, handmade crafts, antiques, collectibles, vintage clothing, furniture and world imports. Starting October 30th, the Fremont Market moves 85 booths and our food court one block Southeast to under the Fremont Bridge through April 4th from 10-4pm every Sunday. Welcome to Seattle's favorite year round Sunday Market. It was founded in 1990, and modeled after the popular European markets enjoyed by the travelers Jon and Candace Hegeman who loved the vibrancy, color and activities they brought to communities.

By 1999 Fremont Market outgrew its boundaries spawning sister Farmers Markets in Ballard, Madrona, Wallingford, Georgetown, Queen Anne, Capital Hill neighborhoods.

The Market also contributed to the zany special attractions like the Seattle Outdoor Cinema and the Red White & Dead Zombie Walk. The Fremont's Walking Guides and Historical markers were created by the Market to cement Fremont's urban legend and bolster its appeal.

The Fremont Sunday Market is an ongoing experiment. We favor common sense, courtesy and intelligence over excessive bureaucracy. Our aim is to provide an accessible community marketplace for anyone who wants to sell their goods and try their ideas.
